* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Pohnpei and Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas are expected to drop below 10 feet
  this afternoon as the elevated northeast swell and secondary north
  swell slowly subside, allowing the Small Craft Advisory to end.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
