For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding expected. Inundation of 2 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas. * WHERE...San Juan County, Lowlands of Western Whatcom County and Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties zones. * WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 5 AM to 11 AM PST Sunday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 6 AM to noon PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tidal overflow will occur around the time of the high tide on Sunday and Monday mornings. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
