...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northwest and west
central Washington, including the following areas, in northwest
Washington, Skagit. In west central Washington, King and Snohomish.

The upper reaches of the rivers have crested below flood stage. The
crest wave will make its` way downstream this morning with the
rivers remaining in their banks. The flooding threat is over.
