including the following areas, Mason and Whatcom. A Flood Warning is
in effect for the Skokomish River in Mason County. The flooding
threat has ended in Whatcom.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington,
including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Skagit.
In west central Washington, King and Snohomish.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rain rates have decreased over most of the region, but rivers
are still rising this afternoon such as the Snoqualmie and
the Skykomish. These rivers will continued to be monitored
for potential flooding through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
