...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations 5 to 10
  inches between 7000 and 9000 feet and 12 to 16 inches above 9000
  feet. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Sierra Slopes.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible, especially
  on Highway 168 west of Bishop.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There remains significant uncertainty with
  the timing, snow levels, and snow amounts with this system. Snow
  may be delayed until Thursday afternoon or overnight and then may
  continue longer than Friday morning. Additionally, snow amounts
  and impacts will depend on snow levels which continue to be
  adjusted as confidence increases. Expect changes to the forecast
  and adjustments to winter headlines as details become more clear.
