some high clouds increasing later through the day. Deeper mixing
this afternoon will bring down drier air to the surface allowing
for minimum relative humidity values to fall to the lower 30
percent range. East winds remain generally less than 10 mph.
Mixing heights increase above 3kft to 5kft this afternoon, with
smoke dispersal fair to good.
