This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Low temperatures are expected to fall near to just below freezing
across most of the area this morning. A Freeze Warning is in
effect for the area. Please refer to the National Weather Service
website at weather.gov/desmoines for additional details.

Freezing conditions may again occur Saturday night into Sunday
morning with lows into the upper 20s to low 30s.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Thunderstorm chances return to the forecast early next week. The
severe weather potential is low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is unlikely through at least the middle of next
week.
