At 1240 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ridott, or near Freeport, moving north at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Freeport, Davis, Dakota, German Valley, Rock City, Ridott, Rock
Grove, Afolkey, Winneshiek, Dakota Dornink Airport, Albertus Airport,
Stephenson  County Fairgrounds, and Lake Summerset.
