  to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph above treeline.

* WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains and Flat Tops.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
