...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM HST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 knots, highest along the
  Hamakua Coast and near South Point. Seas 5 to 8 feet.

* WHERE...Big Island Windward Waters and Big Island Leeward
  Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
