...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN TRINITY...SOUTH
CENTRAL HOUSTON...NORTHWESTERN POLK AND NORTHEASTERN WALKER COUNTIES
THROUGH NOON CDT...

At 1133 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Trinity, or 17 miles southeast of Austonio, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Trinity, Groveton, and Sebastopol.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 PM CDT for
southeastern Texas.
