Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will continue through the afternoon and early evening hours, mainly south of the I-64 corridor. Expect brief gusty winds and frequent cloud to ground lightning with these storms. Localized flooding is possible to, especially in areas that receive multiple waves of rainfall. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Daily rain and storm chances will continue Sunday into next week. An elevated risk of strong to severe storms and flooding is possible next Tuesday through Thursday.
