...BRIEF PERIOD OF GUSTY WINDS OVERNIGHT...

A brief period of gusty north-northeast winds is possible between
roughly 2 and 4 AM overnight over the upper tidal Potomac River.
Gusts of 15 to 20 knots are possible. Mariners, especially those
who are inexperienced or operating smaller vessels, should
exercise extra caution if navigating the waters during this time.
