15 mph increasing to 15 to 25 mph after midnight.
.FRIDAY...Mostly sunny. Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Windy. Not as warm. Highs in the mid 70s in the mountains
to the mid 90s along the Rio Grande. Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph
increasing to 20 to 30 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation
20 percent.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Increasing clouds. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. Windy. Lows in the upper 60s. Northeast winds 25 to
35 mph with gusts to around 50 mph decreasing to 15 to 25 mph after
