thunderstorms near the spot location during Sunday evening.  The
best chances of storms will be to the south and east of the spot
location.  There is a low threat of cooler and gusty outflow near
the Little Yamsay burn on Sunday evening.  Warm and dry conditions
persist into Monday and Tuesday.
