.DISCUSSION...
Stalled frontal boundary offshore will lift back north today,
ushering in broad warm southwesterly winds across the region
this afternoon. Gusty conditions are most likely for coastal
areas with gusts of 15+ kt likely. Lowest RHs once again along
and west of Highway 17, reaching minimums of 35-40%. A few
spotty showers are possible overnight, although chances are low
(20-25%).
