.DISCUSSION...Another storm system will roll into the evening
today into tomorrow, bringing a transition from breezy
southerly winds to northwesterly winds this evening and
precipitation, likely snowfall, to the area.

A cold front will reach this area around 1900 today, producing an
abrupt transition to northwesterly winds and increasing moisture.
Light rain in the valley is possible this evening behind the
immediate frontal passage, with a transition to snow in the valley
expected after 2400...though this may occur as late as 0400
Monday. The heaviest precipitation will be after 0800 Monday.
Valley locations may see a transition back to rain, likely after
1400. There is also a small chance for isolated thunderstorms
Monday after 1200.

Snow accumulations will remain minor, likely less than 1 inch in
valley locations and up to 4-6 inches near local ridgelines around
10,000ft. Transport winds will pick up just after the current
forecast period, beginning Monday evening...becoming northerly
around 40 mph.
