warming each day through Friday. Wind speeds 5 to 10 mph today
and tonight. Wind speeds increase Thursday out of the southwest
9 to 14 mph with gusts to 20 mph. Friday expect strong winds with
sustained speeds 20 to 25 mph and gusts to 35 mph. Min RH values
will be in the teens Thursday and Friday with overnight recoveries
