.DISCUSSION...Dry and warm conditions are expected today and
Friday with min RH values dropping into the single digits for most
of the deserts and valleys during the afternoon and evening hours.
A weather system will approach Saturday with widespread strong
winds overspreading the region and continued dry conditions,
though min RH will tend to climb above 10 percent. Cooler
conditions will follow for Sunday with improving RH but continued
breezy weather.
