Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions will continue along the
Lower Texas Coast with light to moderate winds and low to
moderate seas anticipated. However, Subtropical Storm Alberto
will move northward through the central and eastern Gulf of Mexico
through early next week. Depending on strength of the system, an
increase in swells will need to be monitored by early next week.
