.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure and trailing cold front will affect the
coastal waters today. High pressure will build in behind this system
tonight and remain in place through Wednesday. Another cold front
should then slide through the area Wednesday night. High pressure
will build in behind this front for Thursday.
