The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Falls County in central Texas...
  Limestone County in central Texas...
  East Central McLennan County in central Texas...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 714 PM CDT, emergency management reported multiple flooded
  roads in and near Groesbeck. Other areas within the warning are
  receiving multiple rounds of heavy rain. Flash flooding is
  imminent or already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Waco, Bellmead, Mexia, Marlin, Groesbeck, Mart, Riesel, Coolidge,
  Hallsburg, Lake Mexia, Fort Parker State Park, Tradinghouse Creek
  Reservoir, Lake Creek Lake, Lake Limestone, Thornton, Kosse,
  Tehuacana, Ben Hur, Otto and Prairie Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
