.DISCUSSION...High pressure over eastern Oregon will bring dry and
warm conditions through Thursday. Inversions will develop at the
burn site during the overnight hours and will gradually
lift or break during the late afternoon. Winds today will
predominantly come from the north...but anticipate wind eddies
at the burn site due to the intersecting drainage. On Tuesday,
winds will mainly be upslope/upcanyon with possible eddies.
