...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS OF WESTERN PUERTO
RICO...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 110 PM AST, The Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
moving into the coastal waters of western Puerto Rico, moving west
at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
