.SYNOPSIS...Ridging will persist over the Arctic. There is a 1026
mb high 150 nm E of Wrangel Island and a 1026 mb high over the
Central Arctic Plains today. By Sun morning a 1027 mb high will
be 300 nm N of Wainwright with a 1025 mb high 50 nm N of
Deadhorse. The ridging will slide to the NE to lie along 75N by
Mon morning. A broad  area of low pressure will persist to the S.
