This hazardous weather outlook is for northern Lower Michigan...
eastern Upper Michigan...and adjacent nearshore waters of Lake
Michigan...Lake Huron and Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Rest of this afternoon and tonight.

Freezing rain, sleet, and snow will occur. Snow will be most
substantial over eastern upper Michigan, while freezing rain will
be heaviest near and southeast of a line from Cadillac to Grayling
to Harrisville. Winds will gust to 45 mph at times into this
evening, and will be stronger along part of the northeast lower
Michigan coastline. Snow, ice, and strong winds may cause power
outages. Blowing and drifting snow will occur in eastern upper
Michigan. See ongoing winter storm warnings for additional
information.

Storm force winds are expected this afternoon along parts of
northern Lake Huron, and in the Straits of Mackinac. Gale force
winds are expected in the rest of the northern Michigan nearshore
waters into tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

A light wintry mix will linger into Monday morning.
