...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the Aransas
River...

 For the Aransas River at Skidmore.
 * At 8:15 AM CST Saturday the stage was 5.9 feet.
 * Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
 * Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
 * Caution stage is 7.0 feet.
* Forecast:  The river is expected to reach caution stage this
afternoon and crest around 11.1 feet before beginning a steady
decline to below caution stage by tomorrow afternoon.

Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio, local TV and radio stations, or
cable TV outlets, for the latest weather information, as additional
rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
