.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds are
forecast to continue to strengthen today. Gale force gusts are
highly probable in the lee of Cape Mendocino and around Pt St George
this afternoon and evening. These strong northerly winds are
forecast to prevail - mostly over the outer waters - through mid
week. Steep northerly waves will steadily build the next 3 days,
peaking around 13 ft in the outer waters by Wed.
