...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN RED WILLOW COUNTY
THROUGH 915 PM CDT...

At 852 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lebanon, or 19 miles northeast of Oberlin, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

  Lebanon around 855 PM CDT.
