Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Occluded Midwestern low pressure, 29.40 inches, tracks through the Straits this morning before a secondary low pressure system develops over hte Ohio Valley tonight. This low lifts into the southern Great Lakes Thursday.
