Fire Weather Planning Forecast for S MS and SE LA
National Weather Service New Orleans LA
314 PM CDT Thu May 2 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Some patchy moderate to dense fog will be possible again tonight
across portions of the area. One more day of elevated rain chances
before we turn drier through the weekend and into next week. High
pressure will then build back into the area on Saturday, and this high
will remain in place through early next week. Humidity values will
remain fairly high through the period and winds will be persistent
from the southeast.
