Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 13Z, or 6 AM PDT, a 1028 MB high was
centered 800 NM west of Point Conception. A 1005 MB low was
centered in southern Nevada. Strong to gale force W to NW winds
will affect much of the waters into the weekend.
