This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast New Mexico,
southwest Texas and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

There is a low risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon and
evening, mainly over eastern Permian Basin and lower Trans Pecos.
Any severe storms that do develop will be accompanied by large hail
and/or damaging winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Elevated to critical fire weather is expected through Thursday
across the western higher terrain and parts of Southeast New Mexico.

There is a medium risk of severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon
and evening, mainly over the Permian Basin and lower Trans Pecos.
Any severe storms that do develop will be accompanied by large hail
and/or damaging winds.
