NORTHEASTERN CRAIGHEAD...NORTHWESTERN MISSISSIPPI...PEMISCOT...
SOUTHERN DUNKLIN...CENTRAL WEAKLEY...NORTHERN DYER...SOUTHERN OBION
AND SOUTHERN LAKE COUNTIES THROUGH 1245 AM CDT...

At 1216 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Troy to 6 miles east
of Paragould. Movement was east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Paragould, Blytheville, Martin, Caruthersville, Gosnell, Manila,
Hayti, Steele, Leachville, Senath, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Newbern,
Ridgely, Troy, Kenton, Obion, Cardwell, Hornersville, Hayti Heights,
and Arbyrd.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
eastern Arkansas...southeastern Missouri...and west Tennessee.
