...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
  visibility to 1/4 to 1/2 NM or much less. For the Small Craft
  Advisory, northerly winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt the
  remainder of the afternoon. Lighter winds tonight then breezy
  south winds 15 to 25 kt on Monday. Waves 3 to 6 feet into early
  this evening then 2 to 4 feet.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from North Point Lighthouse to
  Winthrop Harbor IL.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until midnight CDT tonight.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
  visibility will make navigation difficult.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
