.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will

waters Tue night as the low moves off to the E and SE of the
waters. The high will move off to the E of the area Wed as a warm
front approaches from the S and low pressure approaches from the
W. The low will move E over the region Wed night, with a trailing
weak cold front crossing the area. The front will stall over the
S waters early Thu, and persist late Thu. Developing low pressure
