.DISCUSSION...The upper level ridge over the region is moving east
allowing a southwest flow ahead of an approaching upper level
trough. There could be a few instability showers in this flow
through the evening in central Oregon. Wednesday will see the
arrival of the upper level trough with an increase in westerly
winds. Cooler and showery conditions will follow Thursday and
Friday as the trough deepens and settles over the region.
