* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12
  inches, locally up to 15 inches Manti-Skyline, Tushars and
  Pavant Ranges.

* WHERE...Western Uinta Mountains, Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs,
  Central Mountains and Southern Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Occasional winter driving conditions are expected,
  especially above 7000 feet.
