The National Weather Service in Wilmington has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Adams County in south central Ohio...
  Southeastern Highland County in south central Ohio...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 841 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms had produced heavy
  rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Folsom, Berrysville, Marshall, Belfast, Highland Holiday, New
  Market, Sinking Spring, May Hill and Serpent Mound. This includes
  areas along Ohio Brush Creek in southern Highland County and
  northern Adams County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
