Flood warning discontinued for
Saginaw River at Saginaw.
* At 5 AM Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet and slowly falling.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* The river fell below flood stage at 4 AM this morning and will
  continue to fall...therefore...the warning has been cancelled.
