.DISCUSSION...
Poor overnight recoveries are expected for areas along and east of
the Rio Grande with better recoveries west thanks to a weak cold
front. By afternoon, min RH values will drop to upper single
digits or lower teens. This will combine with winds around 20 mph
to create near critical to critical fire conditions. Tuesday will
see an increase in wind, especially across New Mexico, and a
decrease in min RH values. Venting will be excellent both days.
