As of April 17, 2024, National Weather Service Pittsburgh will
begin issuing Frost and Freeze Watches, Warnings and Advisories
for the 2024 growing season for the following counties:

IN PENNSYLVANIA
Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest,
Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington,
Westmoreland

IN OHIO
Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison,
Jefferson, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble, Tuscarawas

IN WEST VIRGINIA
Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston,
