Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC
451 AM EDT Tue Apr 24 2018

Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

Low pressure will approach from the south today before passing by
to our east late tonight through Wednesday. Rain will gradually
overspread the area today from southwest to northeast, and it
will continue through tonight. A soaking rain is expected during
this time. A few showers will hang around for Wednesday, but it
will not be a washout as drier air begins to filter in.

High pressure will return briefly on Thursday, but another low
pressure system developing along the southeast coast may affect
the region late in the week.
