...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN HETTINGER AND
NORTHWESTERN ADAMS COUNTIES UNTIL 1215 AM MDT...

At 1127 PM MDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles northeast
of Reeder, or 15 miles northwest of Hettinger, moving north at 15
mph.

Winds gusts to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern
Hettinger and northwestern Adams Counties.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
