.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be on the increase today, with southeast wind gusts of 30
to 40 mph. Once again, we will see mild temperatures, along with low
afternoon humidity on the order of 20 to 25 percent. Any burns or
fires from Sunday that have not been fully extinguished can be
expected to flare back up when the winds pick up and humidity drops
later today. Conditions will rapidly improve tonight as moisture
returns to the Dakotas and western Minnesota.
