An area of low pressure over Kansas and Nebraska this morning will
move northward today and end up in Minnesota by Monday morning. This
system will spread rainfall northward across the region today, with
amounts from a half inch to one inch possible for eastern portions of
the listening area. Upper level ridging will build eastward across
the Northern Plains Monday night and Tuesday, bringing warmer
temperatures back to the region.

Highs today will remain in the 40s. Lows tonight will drop into the
upper 30s to around 40 degrees. Highs on Monday will range from the
50s east, to the 60s across central South Dakota.
