...A statement concerning The Trempealeau River at Arcadia...and
Dodge...

Melting snow is expected to cause significant rises on area rivers,
streams, and creeks this week. No flooding is expected through Thursday.
However, the Trempealeau River at Dodge may rise above flood stage this
coming weekend, depending on how much snow can melt.

Trempealeau River at Arcadia...The stage this morning was  4.45 feet.
Flood stage is 8.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach  6.60 feet
Saturday, which is below flood stage.

Trempealeau River at Dodge...The stage this morning was 7.41 feet.
Flood stage is 9.0 feet. The river is forecast to rise above flood
stage Friday evening, and reach 9.5 feet Sunday. This would result
in Minor flooding.
