...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 8 and 14
  inches expected, with locally higher amounts over north facing
  slopes.

* WHERE...In Montana, Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains, Crazy Mountains,
  and Pryor/Northern Bighorn Mountains. In Wyoming, Northeast
  Bighorn Mountains.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Recreation in the high country will be impacted by heavy
  accumulating snow. Travel will be very difficult to impossible.
  Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow will continue through tonight
  before decreasing Thursday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. For the latest road
conditions, call 5 1 1.
