.DISCUSSION...
Soaking rain early today will transition to passing showers from
west to east later this afternoon with decreasing coverage through
tonight. A gusty thunderstorm is possible this afternoon into the
evening mainly to the west of the Allegheny Plateau/ANF. Foggy
start on Monday followed by warmer conditions with clouds breaking
for some sun. An isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible
Monday afternoon particularly in the southern tier districts
along and south of the PA Turnpike.
