...The National Weather Service in Des Moines IA has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Black Hawk Creek at Hudson affecting Black Hawk County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO EARLY SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...
...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WATCH...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black
  Hawk-Grundy County line...to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects portions of Ranchero Rd west
  of US 63.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.5 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 14.5 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
